Discussed water lead testing, safe sleep practices, and monitoring of diaper changing table pads.

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 2/3/2025. The on-site inspection began at 2:15pm and ended at 3:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on 2/3/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-440-L Description: Filled comforters are not to be used by children under two years of age.
There were 3 infants observed in cribs with blankets on or around them.Plan of Correction: The blankets were removed during the inspection.
