During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. The provider has completed the required Potable Water Lead Testing and submitted the results to VDH for review.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 02/04/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:15 am and ended at 1:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Hazardous substances shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method.
A bleach and water solution was hanging from a rack in a two year old classroom, not in a locked cabinet.Plan of Correction: The bottle that was not locked has been addressed. We have reinforced procedures with staff to ensure all items remain securely locked at all times.
