During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on February 5, 2025 and completed on February 5, 2025. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to prohibit new admissions and require licensee to contact parents, guardians or other responsible persons regarding health and safety violations on November 7, 2024, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 2:30 PM and ended at 3:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 41 school-age children present and three staff. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
