- Technical Assistance:

Discussed with the director that the facility needed to find a more visual/obvious way to notify parents when children's replacement clothing is running low, or in need of replenishing. Staff currently tell parents in person, but not much is sent home as a reminder, and no follow-ups are taking place. The director has since added to the staff handbook, procedures for notifying parents about children needing replacement clothing, and has discussed the issue with staff, and trained them on the new procedures.

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 12/19/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/6/2024 relating to allegations of physical abuse and neglect. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 2 staff records. This inspection included (include all that apply from the list below from the list below).

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
