During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/10/2025 and completed on 02/10/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:14am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 54 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and six staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, and tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
