During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Operational responsibilities-a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary
restrictions, linens, children's records (age and identity), and new background check portal-provisional hire reviewed during the inspection, hazardous substance If hazardous substances are not kept in original containers, the substitute containers shall clearly indicate their contents and shall not resemble food or beverage containers.

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on February 11, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:11 am and ended at 10:52 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and 6 staff including administrative staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children's records and 4 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
