During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Technical Assistance:
Discussed having children load and unload from buggy inside the fence at the playground. Discussed using walking rope according to the manufacturers instructions.

Comments:
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/7/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:45am and ended at 11:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 52 children present and nine staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-510-I
Description: The center administers drugs only to the child identified on the prescription label in accordance with the prescriber's instructions pertaining to dosage, frequency, and manner of administration. The center was not able to follow the prescriber's instructions for child #2 because they did not have one of the medicines listed in the prescriber's instructions.

Plan of Correction: The center obtained the needed medication during the inspection.
