During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/05/2025 and completed on 02/12/205. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 AM and ended at 12:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 60 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records, and 6 staff on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-500-B Description: Cloth diapers shall be disposed in a leakproof or plastic-lined storage system that is either foot-operated or used in such a way that neither the staff member's hand nor the soiled diaper touches an exterior surface of the storage
system during disposal.
Staff # 7 used their gloved hand to open the foot operated trash can to discard soiled wipes.Plan of Correction: Staff will be reminded not to use their hands and only use the foot operated pedal when opening the trash can.
