A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted 11/12/2024 in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-F Description: Staff shall annually attend at least 16 hours of training and staff development activities, to include the department?s health and safety update course. The staff record for S3 did not contain document 16 hours of training and the completion of the 2023 annual health and safety update course. Plan of Correction: Not available online.
