During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 12/16/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/28/24 relating to allegations in the area of supervision. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
