The Licensing Inspector discussed child records and cribs/nap mats.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/20/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:35am and ended at 12:35pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children and 8 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 3 child records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which is 3/4/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-90-A Description: The written agreement between the parent and the center shall include an authorization for emergency medical care should an emergency occur when the parent cannot be located.
The record for Child #1, enrolled for more than 1 month, did not have authorization for emergency medical care.Plan of Correction: Parent signed all forms at the end of the day 2/20/2025.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-570-E Description: Prepared infant formula shall be dated.
In Classroom #1, 2 out of 2 children's bottles were not dated.
