An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 02/05/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 01/27/2025 relating to allegations of supervision and program director qualifications. The inspector reviewed one staff record.
This inspection included:

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
