An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on March 6, 2025 and completed on March 6, 2025, as a part of the current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 08:00am and ended at 09:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 29 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, postings review, tour of the facility and playgrounds, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-510-E Description: The center's procedures for administering medication shall include maintaining methods to prevent expired medications.
Child E had a medication on-hand that has been expired for four months.Plan of Correction: We will have parent replace medication immediately.
