During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. It was discussed that the facility must keep a record (menu) of any food served to the children that was not brought in by that specific child's parent. The menu must be posted and kept on file for one week.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on March 4, 2025, The inspection began at 8:15 AM and ended at 11:30 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included:

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-C Description: In inside areas occupied by children, the temperature shall be maintained no lower than 68?F. The air temperature in the lunch room where children ate morning snack was measured at 63 degrees F. The air temperature in both hallway bathrooms was measured at 57degrees F. The center shall ensure that during transportation of children Virginia state statutes about safety belts and child restraints are followed as required by 46.2-1095 through 46/2-1100 of the Code of Virginia, and stated maximum number of passengers in a given vehicle is not exceeded.
