Comments:
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 02/27/2025 and completed on 02/28/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:40 AM and ended at 1:00 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 29 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 7 staff records electronically on 02/28/2025.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-C
Description: A tuberculosis (TB) screening is required every two years from the last screening. Staff #1 updated screening was due 9 months ago and Staff #3 updated screening was due 7 months ago.

Plan of Correction: Staff #1 and Staff #3 completed updated tuberculosis screenings. Director will make sure that they will be completed prior to expiration.
