An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/27/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:54am and ended at 1pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 79 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 2 staff records on site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
