An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on March 13, 2025 and completed on March 13, 2025, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30am and ended at 11:55am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (#) children present and (#) staff. The inspector reviewed 4 staff records on-site.
