An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/31/2025 and completed on 03/13/2025 with a local agency in response to a self report received by the licensing office on 01/31/2025 relating to Programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 3 staff records. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
