During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the program was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
- Technical Assistance:

1. Current stickers should be put on the van tags before driving.
2. Water lead testing remains in process. Inspector will send VDH email address for final review.

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 3/12/25. The on-site inspection began at 11:50am and ended at 2:39pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 86 children present and 17 /staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 8 staff records while on-site and additional records electronically on 3/13/25.This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
