An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/13/2025 and completed on 03/17/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 03/17/2025 relating to a student injury. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 1 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews,?and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.?
