An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on March 13, 2025 and completed on March 13, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:32pm on and ended at 5:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
