During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/04/2025 and completed on 03/12/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on relating to allegations of programs and physical plant. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to playground and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-330-B Complaint related: No Description: Playground equipment with moving parts or climbing apparatus must have appropriate fall zones that encompass sufficient area to include the child's trajectory in the event of a fall.
The fall zones on the climbing piece of equipment measured to be two/ three feet when the piece of equipment required at least six feet of a fall zone.
