Comments:
This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

An annual sunsidy inspection was initiated and completed by video conferencing application on 9/25/2020. The vendor reported that there was 1 child in care and 0 children under the age of 12 living in the home. The inspector reviewed attendance records, discussed child information, emrgency preparedness planning, supplies and drills and reviewed vendor training and records.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non- compliance with applicable regulations or law and no violations were issued.
