An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/25/2025 and completed on the same date, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:15 and ended at 11:00. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 1 staff records during the inspection.This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations..
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and a violation are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-60-A Description: The center shall have information for two emergency contacts for each child enrolled.
Two children, child 4 and child 5 have the parents listed as the emergency contacts.Plan of Correction: We will ask the parents to provide us with emergency contacts different from themselves.
