An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on March 19, 2025 and completed on March 19, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:50 p.m. and ended at 4:45 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 62 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and six staff records on-site. This inspection included tour of facility, observations, record review, and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
The cabinet under the changing table in the infant room contained a spray bottle of bleach/water mixture.Plan of Correction: The cabinet was immediately locked and staff were advised to ensure the cabinet locks when done.
