An unannounced , on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/24/2025 and completed on 03/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above to include supervision procedures in response to a self-report that was received on 3/13/2025. There were 75 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 14 children's records on-site on 03/24/2025 and 8 staff records electronically on 03/27/2025.
