An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/5/2025 and concluded on 2/18/2025 in conjunction with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/3/2025 relating to allegations of forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
