An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 4/2/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 4/1/25 relating to allegations of supervision and general physical plant requirements.This inspection included: a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
