During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/9/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:52 am and ended at 12:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 54 children present and 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program
- Violations:

Standard #: 22.1-289.058 Description: Each building that was built before 2015 that serves preschool-age children shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector. There was no carbon monoxide detector in the building. Plan of Correction: Will be ordered.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-M Description: The center is required to keep a current list of all known allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions in each room or area where children are present. The list must be dated and kept confidential. The list reviewed was not dated. Plan of Correction: Will be dated today.
