During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 04/09/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:10 pm and ended at 1:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 04/09/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 04/16/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: REPEAT VIOLATIONS
Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
There was a bleach and water cleaning bottle unlocked in an upper cabinet in classroom #6.Plan of Correction: Consistently reminding the teachers to lock the hazardous substances/cleaning materials after each use. Adm will conduct a routinely checks (every hour) to ensure hazardous substances are kept locked.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-450-A Description: Cots used by children during the designated rest period shall have linens consisting of a top cover and a bottom cover or a one-piece covering which is open on three edges.
One child in classroom #7 was on a cot during rest time without a top and bottom cover.Plan of Correction: Send a communication to the parents to remind them that children who receive full day care must be sent to the center with crib sheets and blankets. The center will provider crib sheets and blankets as needed.
