An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 04/10/2025, as a requirement of Special Order imposed on the child day center. The onsite inspection began at 9:50a.m. and ended at 10:45a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Staff and child records were not reviewed today.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
