A container of disinfecting wipes, with the warning label, ?Keep out of reach of children,? was being stored out in the open in the three-year-old classroom's bathroom (Room #7).Plan of Correction: Corrected on the date of inspection. The cleaning supplies were moved to a secured area in the center office.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-510-I Description: Prescription medication may be given if the center administers only those drugs that were dispensed from a pharmacy and maintained in the original, labeled container.
There was no original, labeled container for medication to be administered on an as needed basis for Child #5.Plan of Correction: The center will reach out to the parents of Child #5 in order to obtain the original container.
