An unannounced inspection was initiated on 9/3/2024 and completed on 9/3/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 27, 2024 relating to allegations of Staffing and Supervision and Programs. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records electronically. This inspection included document review, interviews, tour of the facility and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
