An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/09/2025 and completed on 04/11/2025, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 04/03/2025 relating to staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record on-site and 3 staff records electronically on 04/11/2025. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
