During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 4/3/25 and completed on 4/10/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/3/25 and 4/4/25 relating to allegations of Programs. The inspector did not review any children or staff records as both were reviewed in conjunction with the renewal inspection conducted on 4/3/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
