An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/05/2025 and completed on 03/25/2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 03/04/2025 relating to allegations of behavioral guidance and forbidden action. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and one staff record on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 03/14/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
