1. COVID-19 health and safety guidance reviewed with vendor, and discussed the additional cleaning and safety precautions she is taking.
2. Inspector will let vendor know when additional CARES Grant monies become available.

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the home was not conducted at this time however, a portion of the inspection included a virtual component which allowed the inspector to observe the daycare areas of the home.
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 11:15am. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection, with assistance of a Spanish interpreter, and emailed a list of items required to complete the inspection. There was 1 child present = 4 points with the vendor. The daycare was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there was one area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-170-B Description: Based on records reviewed, it was determined that 1 of 2 children's records did not include required information. Evidence: Child #4 - There was no address listed for the emergency contact person. Plan of Correction: The parents will provide the needed address. The vendor will use a newer enrollment form in the future.
