An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/30/2025 and completed on 05/02/2025, in response to a self report received by the licensing inspector on 04/29/2025 relating to child abuse and neglect. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
