An unannounced inspection was conducted on April 22, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on (April 14, 2025 relating to allegations of supervision and injury reporting. The inspector reviewed 1child?s record on site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
