Staff who work directly with children shall complete Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff within 90 days of employment. Staff #4 who has been employed for a year did not have documentation of a completed 3-hour Virginia Preservice training.Plan of Correction: The 3 hour training was printed and filed for staff #4.
