An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/05/2025 and completed on 05/05/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:45PM and ended at 2:20PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 92 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
