An announced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/28/2025. A review of staff personnel files was conducted by inspectors, Keesha Minor, Sarah Zirzow, and Jessica Willis and Mahrukh Aziz at the Campagna office.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
