Discussed the requirement that all staff in the building are mandated reporters and must report all allegations of abuse to CPS and Licensing immediately.
- Comments:

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 4/30/2025 and completed on 5/7/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 4/24/2025 relating to allegations of child abuse and neglect. This inspection included, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
