An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on May 8, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 7:08am and ended at 8:25am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 29 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-M Description: The center is required to keep a current list of all known allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions in each room or area where children are present. The list must be dated and kept confidential. The list was not posted in the classroom. Plan of Correction: I had taken it down to make changes. I will correct the list and post it now. The violation was corrected during the inspection.
