During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 05/15/202, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10a.m. and ended at 12:30p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 68 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-M Description: The center shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.
The list of children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions in one classroom listed a child that is no longer enrolled.Plan of Correction: The allergy list was updated and printed and will be given to each class to post.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-500-B Description: Repeat:
Disposable diapers shall be disposed in a leakproof or plastic-lined storage system that is either foot-operated or used in such a way that neither the staff member's hand nor the soiled diaper touches an exterior surface of the storage system during disposal.
The receptacle used to dispose diapers in one classroom requires staff to lift the lid with their hands.Plan of Correction: There is a step on pale in that classroom to use. We will instruct staff to use that other receptacle.
