An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on May 20, 2025 and completed on May 20,2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:37 pm and ended at 4:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. here were 18 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on May 20, 2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
