During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on May 14, 2025, and completed on May 16, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:25 pm and ended at 5:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 32 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records electronically on May 16, 2025. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The Virginia Department of Education-sponsored orientation course shall be completed within 90 calendar days of employment. Staff #1, employed for eight months, did not have documentation of completing the Virginia Department of Education-sponsored orientation course.Plan of Correction: Per the administrator: we will resend it to the staff and reminder them of the importance of completing it.
