An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/15/2025 and completed on 05/28/2025, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 04/23/2025 relating to programs. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record and 5 staff records on-site and electronically on 05/28/2025. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
