An unannounced inspection was initiated on May 27, 2025, and completed on May 29, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on May 23, 2025, relating to allegations of Administration, Staffing and Supervision and Programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
