An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 20, 2025, and completed on April 2, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 14, 2025, relating to allegations of supervision and toiling procedures. The inspector reviewed two children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
